king tuts support sucks
An order i was expecting was not delivered correctly. i live in a high rise apartment building with 120 apartments and a mailroom in the lobby. my order was labeled as “delivered” in the tracking info on canada post app, but it was NOT in my mailbox. i waited until the next day to see if the order was correctly delivered or the postal carrier corrected the mistake…and nothing. at this point i wrote a note to the mailman explaining the situation and left it in my mailbox since i work during the day and can’t talk to the person directly. i get home that day and check, the note is gone and still no kingtuts order delivered. so i contacted canada post and they opened an investigation, they also said that if the item still hasn’t shown up after 7 days to contact the seller. i get a reply from “mathew” at kingtuts that it is completely normal for canadapost to declare an item delivered and then actually deliver it one or two days later, and i guess that was his final word on the matter. it has been radio silence ever since, they have ignored the emails i have sent each day after i check my mailbox, asking them for info on what to do. i am so beyond angry at this point, it has now been 2 weeks since my order was declared delivered and kingtuts has made no contact and wants nothing to do with me. i have been a customer for years but that changes right now. i will most likely never order from them again, and encourage everyone i know to stop buying from them. it was an expensive lesson to learn so i will teach as many as possible!
