My first order with BWP was in April 2022. Things were great for 2-3 months and then they started sending unflushed weed. They blamed it on another employee and promised it would never happen again. They provided a partial credit, which encouraged me to order more. Again, they sent two more (separate) orders of unflushed weed. This time I was angry and demanded a cash refund. About 3 months later, I email them and ask if they’ve made changes. They promised me a new experience, saying they have overhauled their operations, reassuring me that everything will be fine. Again, I get 3 ounces of their AAAA line and ALL 3 weren’t flushed properly. They refunded me after several emails and gave me the excuse that they’re trying to pay their mortgage.
