I used to be a customer here all the time. I always had problems but before they changed their websites I had any issues with the delivery drivers hitting on me asking for my name and stuff. I had to start making my boyfriend go down every time

I used to be a customer here all the time. I always had problems with products and not getting the right amount but before they changed their websites I had many issues with the delivery drivers hitting on me asking for my number or telling me they lived near by. I had to start making my boyfriend go down every time. Now that their new site is up all I see is bad comments again. For anyone who is thinking about using this save your money! I found a site/app called leafy things that isn’t bad

Horrible customer service… don't even bother with this place!! And I've been a loyal customer of there's for over 3 years…

I don’t know what is wrong with this place? The customer service and quality of product has gone downhill to the point that a loyal customer doesn’t even matter to them.. they are knowingly selling shatter that has broken down to oil and solid with the oils leaking all in the packaging. They are selling live resin that has had a sulfer treatment for mites and has tainted the batch of live resin… if they made a mistake they used to correct it right away… now this is just a place to avoid at all cost !!!

great prices but…

Lately their delivery drivers are sorely lacking integrity and professionalism. My order before last arrived without the necessary change. The driver said he would be right back, but it wasn’t until a month later that we finally got our change. With my last order, made at noon today, a text was received saying that he was here at 2:55 pm. I went to the door and waited, but no-one showed up. No cars in the drive, nobody wandering round looking for an address and certainly no knock on the door. 6 minutes later I get a text from head office saying that he waited 20+ minutes and has moved on. Waited for what? the courage to knock on the door? I get that stuff happens, but I cannot accept being lied to and about. I can’t actually recommend these guys until they sort out their shit delivery drivers.

Q Same day delivery information.

We deliver to addresses within Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
The “Checkout” page will ask for your address and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. Please bare with the system as it uses google maps and sometimes miscalculates the delivery fee.

From placing the order to your delivery we try to stay under 2 hours. The most common delivery time is 1 to 4 hours. It is a big city, traffic, construction and road/bridge closures can affect times as well. Please contact the office about any deliveries taking longer than 4 hours and your delivery fee will be taken off the total. The start of the timer for morning orders is 10am. (Out of town orders to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Ft Sask, LeDuc and Devon don’t apply as we need to squeeze these orders in where feasible.)

NOTE: Please be courteous and expect delays during inclement weather, Holidays (including 4-20) and our busiest days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) as well as check days and the end of the month. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible during those times. Typical Times on those days can avg 2-4 hours.

Q How much does shipping cost?

Anywhere in Edmonton inside the Anthony Henday is $5. There is a minimum order of $40.

If you are on the outskirts or outside of the Anthony Henday it’s $10 (Including St Albert and Sherwood Park.)

If you are in Beaumont, Devon, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, it’s $20.

Locations that are further from town are at our discretion and will have a higher minimum order and delivery fee.
It will also be dependent on how busy we are and if we have a driver that can travel the distance required. If you are further out of town please consider ordering a day or 2 in advance and we will schedule a delivery time for you.

All delivery fees go straight to our drivers!

Q What is required from new customers?

All new customers are required to submit their ID, selfie with ID and address verification via email prior to ordering.
Please let us know in the order notes if you are a new customer.

All new customers will receive 1 gram of a top shelf flower with their first order. We only accept cash on delivery, we do not accept e-transfer or debit.
