About ILGM

My name is Robert Bergman. For the past 25 years I have been growing marijuana in and around Amsterdam. Starting out in small home-based setups with just 5 plants, moving on to industrial-sized plantations and laboratory breeding.

Q Do you deliver to Canada and is delivery free?

Q Is it legal to grow marijuana at home in Canada?

Recreational Cannabis in Canada
Recreational Cannabis is going to be legalized in Canada on October 17, 2018, and you will then be allowed to grow your own legal cannabis at home, indoors or outdoors on your property. The federal government’s proposed cannabis regulations allow Canadians to grow up to four marijuana plants at home for recreational purposes.

Each province will have the authority to impose some rules and restrictions on growing your own recreational legal cannabis at home, but they can’t trump the federal government and ban home-gros all together in their province. The rules and restrictions are not quite clear yet from province to province, so make sure to stay up-to-date with the current regulations.

Medical Marijuana
Medical marijuana users are already legally allowed to grow at home after a federal court ruled in 2016 that the government cannot ban patients from growing their own cannabis.

Q Is it safe to order?

We have customers all over the world and we deliver worldwide. Our stealth packaging guarantees delivery, so customs will not find the seeds. We also work discreetly. Your bank transcript will not have any marijuana-related payments on it and the package itself has no marijuana references in or on it. We only deliver good quality products and guarantee our seeds are the best out there.

How is arrival guaranteed?

If your order does not arrive or gets seized, we will in all fairness ship your seeds again. For free! We have the following reshipping conditions:

* Free reshipping takes place after 25 business days. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks. The ones that don’t, will be delivered in the following 2 weeks. International mail and customs can have various delays, hence the waiting period.

* Please contact us immediately if your order does not arrive within 25 business days. If you do not contact us within 90 days after the shipping timeframe, we will mark your order as received.

* If you have entered an incorrect address (Like forgetting the apartment number), then we cannot reship for free. The address is printed out EXACTLY as you enter it, no manual actions on our side (unless you ask us to). However, we do not leave you out in the cold, so to help, you will get a discount code for your next order.

* You can provide an alternative address for the 2nd shipment. We will also use a different stealth method.

In the unfortunate case your seeds get crushed during shipment we may ask for a clear picture of the seeds in their original bags.
