I’ve been a regular loyal customer for over 2 years. I had an issue with the delivery (usually get a confirmation call) didn’t. Driver arrived 2 1/12 hours later with a private #. Missed the delivery I didn’t know was coming. Then I was charged $10 for missing the unconfirmed delivery. Dispatcher scolded me said it would be there whenever and this time stay by your phone. No response to email requesting a call back. Tsk tsk guys. I e left many great reviews.. but this was just handled all wrong. In my opinion still have 4 stars tho lol
