Unprofessional, unethical and overall horrible customer service.
According to DaCanna, “Purchasing marijuana products should be as simple as consuming them. At Dacanna, that is our goal.” Well, that’s clearly a lie… Ordered online. Website said transaction refused. Checked my bank account, there’s a charge from dacanna… Call my bank to confirm and they asked me to tell dacanna that there’s an error on their end. “JP” from dacanna contacted me by email and refused to do anything about it, wouldn’t admit the problem is on their end, and claiming that they have no way of contacting their payment processor, which is complete nonsense. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF ANY ISSUES ARISE DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO LIFT A FINGER TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. IT’S BEEN 4 DAYS, THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO WEED.
