Are used to order from Mary’s medibles about five years back, somehow they became unresponsive and I thought they had gone out of business. When I received an email from one of the reps saying they were back in the game I was fairly excited, he even offered to send me a few free products to see what they have to offer. That’s exactly where the trouble started. There was issues receiving the free products, seems they sent it to a wrong address. When I did receive the products I gave them a try and was happy with them so I decided to put an order in. After submitting my order and getting a total, which took almost a week to be honest, I transferred my money. This is where I started to get very upset, after transferring almost $500, I received no word about my order. I started emailing my rep and received no response. It was over a week I waited, emailing them every day to ask about my order, the money had been deposited and yet I had no confirmation of anything. All the while no response from the rep. So I decided to go to the website and try to contact someone there, I did receive a response within a day or two which was great. Unfortunately, my order had still not been sent out and it was almost 2 weeks after my initial order. I am finally set to receive my order early next week, total time from ordering to receiving, if I receive it in the time frame they said, will be 2 1/2 weeks. Pretty pathetic as far as I’m concerned, Mary’s medibles has lost my business forever both for the lack of communication and in the time it takes from order to receiving your order
