Placed an order a couple nights ago online, paid the e transfer immediately, then went to bed. I woke up to a few emails from them saying I left items in my cart, order received etc, but the items in the cart ones intrigued me so I opened it up to see a price for the same exact order I made the night before, only it was $132 LESS than what I paid! Evident;y taking their BS $5 saving coupon code negated the sale price. SO I tried talking to customer service online via chat, well over the span of 1 hr and 56 mins, nothing is resolved “Blake” often took 10-15 mins to reply, only to be told he doesn’t have the authorization to refund me, I then asked who did and I’d like to speak to them…chat was disconnected….So it looks like I’m going to drive down to their brick and mortar store today to raise fucking hell…DO NOT buy from this place!!!

Made my order on Monday, sent the etransfer, they accepted right away but did not hear from them for 3 days. I emailed them to see what was up with my order as I had no shipping confirmation or anything since taking my money. Got a response next day saying they’re sending it Monday. Monday comes, no shipping confirmation email. Emailed them again and they sent an automated email saying thanks for my order along with a link to an expired contest…? Shipped Tuesday mid day, got following Monday. Was offered $25 grow bucks for my trouble…my order was over $300. Product was ok. Weights were few points off, overall, not really satisfied with the time it took in the beginning.

I am a monthly buyer and thought I would give the Grow House a try. I did my part and read all the reviews I could find. They seemed legit. I placed my first order on Nov.3. I asked the person on live chat what the time to ship was. They said ALL orders are shipped next day. This is total BS. The way it actually happens is Nov.3 the order is placed. Late in the day Nov.4 they create a label. This is not shipping it. If you are going to make claims, be sure you can deliver what you promise. Nov.5 at 2:35 pm, the item is accepted by Canada Post. This is the point of shipment not when you put it in a box. Nov.6 the item leaves BC. The expected date to Ontario is Now Nov.10. This is not what you claim. When I order from SpeedGreens, TopShelf or MJN Ex, when they say that your order ships, that’s exactly when it leaves the distribution center. I would have had an order from them in the same time it took TGH to get it out of the province. I verified with online chat several times what their shipping turnaround times are, I was told the same thing. 24 hours. Their customer service is blunt and non informative. The only reason to shop here is cheap prices. They are not ready compete with any major med suppliers yet.
